In 2009, Charlie led the negotiation of GEICO’s inaugural NHL deal as the official insurance partner of the league, including activation of the brand at the 2010 Winter Classic in Boston and the Awards show in Vegas. Charlie also managed sponsor relations with Madison Square Garden for 10 years while working for an agency in NYC alongside his beloved NY Rangers.
His last experience with PTC hockey was participating in Saturday night stick times before COVID until this past season. After attending a learn to skate with his son, his passion for the sport was successfully passed down to the next generation.

- Secretary – Stephanie Barth
Born and raised in the desert heat of Phoenix, AZ, I somehow became a big hockey fan—proving that a love for the sport can thrive even in triple-digit weather. We recently made the move to Georgia to be closer to family—because what's better than cheering from the stands? Cheering with your grandparents. My family has caught the hockey bug too! We joined the organization just last year, and have really enjoyed the camaraderie and friendships we have formed here.
Having followed the sport for years, I understand the value of teamwork, efficiency, and clear communication. Now, I'm bringing my passion for the sport—and my caffeine-fueled organizational skills— to ensure easier operations and better outcomes for everyone involved now and in the future. My mission? To streamline our processes so efficiently, even a Zamboni would be impressed!
- Special Events Coordinator - Lisa Gardner
Hi! I’m Lisa Gardner, and I’m thrilled to serve on the Peachtree City Hockey Board in the role of Special Events. I’m originally from Sterling, Alaska, where hockey was a huge part of my life—my dad coached, my brothers played, and I grew up at the rink. It was always a dream of mine to have my kids involved in the sport I love.
When our family moved to Georgia, I assumed hockey might be off the table—until a friend introduced us to Peachtree City Hockey. We brought our son Briar out to try it, and he instantly fell in love. Watching him become a goalie in the PeeWee Division has been a dream come true.
When I found out the Special Events position was open, I knew it was a perfect fit. Planning events and bringing people together is absolutely my wheelhouse. I’m passionate about building community, and I’m so excited to be part of this incredible organization and help grow the sport right here in Georgia.
- Concession stand manager - Anna Beth Estabrooks
Our family has always enjoyed hockey, but it wasn’t until our oldest son discovered how awesome the sport is that we really dove in. We started looking for local programs and were lucky to find PTC Hockey—not too far from home and full of passionate families just like ours.
From the moment we joined, we felt the sense of community that makes this league so special.
I’m excited to step into the role of Concessions Manager this season. I know how important the concession stand is—not just for snacks and drinks, but as a place where families gather, volunteers connect, and game day feels complete. My goal is to keep things running smoothly, make sure we are stocked with everyone’s favorites, and maybe add a few fun surprises along the way. I am looking forward to working with other volunteers, bringing fresh ideas, and helping create a great experience for both players and parents.
PTC has given so much fun and excitement to our family, and I am excited to give back in this way!
