When do I have to register?
Although the registration deadline has passed, registrations are still being accepted.
How do I deliver the registration form?
You may deliver it via emailing coaching@ptchockey.com, fax, or hand deliver to the Director of Coaching Eric Jensen.
How do I fax the form?
You must first contact coaching@ptchockey.com so that the fax option can be arranged to receive your fax.  Any fax sent without prior arrangement will not be received and not be honored.
Do I have to be on a team to sign up?
No, if you are signing up individually then you must indicate that on your form and you will be assigned to a team.
When will I play?
We must first collect the registrations to see what the participation level is among each age group.  Once we have determined the number of teams in each age group, we will begin to assign game times to each team.  This allows the most efficient use of our rink.  Because of the Superbowl on Sunday, we have opted to begin the tournament on Friday at approximately 6pm.  Therefore, some age groups will begin on Friday and some will not begin until Saturday.
What if there aren’t enough teams in an age group?
If an age group does not have enough teams to play, then efforts will be made to combine with the next highest age level.  In the event that combining two age groups will not work, those players who have signed up as teams may be placed on separate teams so that games can be played in that age group. In the event that neither of these options allows for enough participation in the age group, players will have their registration fees returned in full and will not be able to play in the tournament.
What if there are too many teams in an age group?
If an age group has more teams than the schedule can allow for, then teams will be selected on a first come first served basis. All players not selected to play based on this format will be placed on a waiting list; however, once a team has begun play there will be no substitutions made for that team.
