UPDATE: The complete tournament will now be held on January 31st.

How it works:

1. 1. 4 skater & 1 Goalie per team
   2. No substitutes
   3. 12 minute games, run-time clock
   4. Number of games will depend upon turnout in each age bracket

COST:

$35/SKATER = $175/TEAM

Age groups:

8u, 10u, 12u, 14u/18u*, Adult Gold, Adult Silver

* 14u & 18u are a combined group

Instructions:

1. Players must be registered with USA Hockey
2. Players may sign up as a team or individually and they will be assigned to a team. If your team is in need of one or two skaters, please indicate that on the form.

1. A player may play up an age group but not down and can play on multiple teams but not in same age group (separate registration forms are needed). Goalies may be asked to play on multiple teams in same age group.
2. Forms must be received by January 26^th by email or fax. Should you choose to fax you must contact a PHA Board member by phone to arrange it.
